Yin Yang

Experience the harmonious blend of strength and stillness in this balanced practice for all. The first half, 'Yang', focuses on dynamic movements to enhance strength, flexibility, and energy. 

In the second half, 'Yin', shift into in an introspective energy and immerse in long and passive holds to work on the deep dense connective tissues and joints in the body. Be nourished in physical postures and a somatic meditation, restoring both body and mind.

Mindfulness, Breath-work, & Sound

Mindfulness is a type of meditation where you focus on being intensely aware of what you are sensing or feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgement. In this class, we combine mindfulness with breathing exercises and multi-instrument sound bath to make it an intentional healing practice.

These practices are designed to decrease anxiety, improve quality of sleep, reduce stress & pain, and improve overall wellness state from physical, mental and spiritual levels.

Wednesdays 7:30 - 8:30 pm | Sundays 3:00 - 4:00 pm

Flow with Sounds

The perfect class to choose if you want to calm your mind and stretch your body. Using props to support you with a sense of ease and comfort, restorative yoga facilitates deep relaxation, well-being, and resilience.

At the end of the class there will also be a sound bath using singing bowls designed to immerse you in soothing sound waves to assist you in fully letting go of any stress and bringing you into a state of deep peace. Overall, this class will rebalance your energy and help to restore physically, mentally and emotionally.
