Radiant Repose

A transformative practice that blends the gentle, passive movement of Yin Yoga with the profound stillness of Yoga Nidra to guide practitioners into a deeply relaxed meditative state. Attendees unwind and release deeply held tension through mellow yoga postures held for extended durations, before embarking on a guided journey into the depths of self-inquiry, relaxation and inner peace.

Inner Voyage

Pause and connect with your inner vibrations assisted by Healing Sounds and guided mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a type of meditation where you focus on being intensely aware of what you are sensing or feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgement.  This is a great class to experience a deep reset by disconnecting from your outer world and connecting within through self-awareness,  mindful breathing, and heart connection. 

Sundays 4:30 - 5:30 pm

Yin + Sound

Yin and sound is like taking yourself to a 60-minute retreat, a perfect antidote to the busy modern life. Yin yoga postures are held for up to 5 minutes at a time, usually with your eyes closed. It also trains the mind to be comfortable with the uncomfortable until it passes - a great lesson to take off the mat.

As the body relaxes, it becomes more open to be immersed in healing sound scapes - helping to further create inner balance & coherence.
