Qigong + Soundbath ~ Seven Sound Healing x Concentric
Discover how movement, acupressure, and sound can transform your well-being in this one-of-a-kind healing journey. This session begins with gentle standing movements, self-massage, and tapping techniques to stimulate the flow of "chi" along your meridian lines. You’ll also learn powerful acupressure points that can be practiced at home to address a range of health concerns, including mental and emotional wellness, headaches, back and knee pain, poor digestion, and constipation.
In the second half of the session, you’ll transition to a comfortable lying-down position for a deeply relaxing sound immersion featuring the soothing tones of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and Koshi Chimes.
