Lion's Gate Portal (August 8th): This annual cosmic alignment occurs when the Sun in Leo aligns with the star Sirius and the Orion's Belt. Our session will begin with a heart-led meditation, preparing our inner energetic pathways to receive the healing frequencies of the gongs. We then transition into the sacred sound journey, allowing participants to move into deep relaxation and inner journey. The session concludes with a sacred pause with silence, followed by a gratitude meditation as we welcome the rising of the sunrise on SG’s National day.

Swami Arun - Swami Arun's spiritual journey began in Australia in 1999, where he explored circular breathing with the didgeridoo, integrating it with Pranic Healing to develop his own unique Sound Healing Therapy. His path led him to Nepal and India, where he received Osho's Sannyas and the name Swami Arun at the Osho Multiversity in Pune, deepening his meditation practices at the Osho Ashram.
During his travels in the Himalayas, Swami was profoundly moved by the healing frequencies of gongs and Tibetan bowls. This inspired him to create a distinctive sound therapy style, leveraging these instruments to guide individuals into a "THETA STATE" for energy rebalancing and chakra harmonization. He shared his expertise publicly for the first time at SUN and MOON yoga studio in Tokyo (2006-2007) before becoming a resident Sound Healer at The YOGA BARN Wellness Center in Ubud, Bali, for 12 years.
Since 2019, Swami Arun has embraced a "NOMAD SOUND HEALING LIFE," traveling globally to teach and share his therapeutic sound work. He spent the pandemic in Taiwan (2020-2021), conducting numerous sound healing events and workshops, including at the OCEAN SOUND YOGA FESTIVAL. Subsequently, he moved to Tulum, Mexico, a sacred Mayan site, where he collaborates with wellness centers like HOLISTIKA TULUM and facilitates sound healing during Ayahuasca ceremonies with the LIGHT PORTAL CEREMONY Team. Swami continues to share his "Cosmic Sound Wisdom" internationally, with invitations to Korea in 2023 & 2025, Hawaii 2025, and Vietnam in 2023 & 2025.
Maddy Bandera - founder of Concentric Circles of Healing, is a seasoned Meditator, Energy healer, and Sound healer. Her expertise is built on seven years of practice on Energy and Spiritual work, and more recent certifications sound healing, and yoga.
Prior to establishing Concentric, Maddy spent two decades across leadership roles at major tech companies including Google and Amazon. Having discovered the crucial role of well-being practices in managing stress, Madeleine now empowers others through Concentric by sharing yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and the healing power of sound to cultivate more purposeful, graceful, and compassionate lives.
In 2025, Maddy founded the Sound Healing Association in Singapore, which aims to elevate the awareness of, and create multi-disciplinary synergies for Sound Healing in Singapore and beyond.
Shiva Samadhi (Arvin) Arvin comes from a family & lineage of medicine-people & healers in the Indian tradition. He is a Kriya Yogi from the lineage of Paramhansa Yogananda.
As a mystic, metaphysician & seeker with 16 years of experience, he started Shiva Samadhi – to honour his spiritual pastlives by sharing the ancient esoteric wisdom, practices & experiences that lives within his SOUL-DNA.
He has supported many individuals in their journey of healing, has guided them towards awakening their true potential & has steered them towards achieving their purpose – Self-Actualization & Self-Realization.

Dawn Tan- Dawn's introduction to yoga in 2010, sparked by a back injury, unexpectedly became a significant part of her life, extending beyond injury management to enhance her athletic abilities. Her initial enthusiasm for the intense heat of Bikram and the flowing movements of vinyasa has broadened over time to encompass the more introspective practices of softer yoga styles, the stillness of meditation, and the therapeutic vibrations of sound healing. This evolution reflects her appreciation for the diverse dimensions of yoga.
Dawn's diverse certifications in various yoga styles (including flow, hot, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and even SUP yoga with HIIT), sound healing, kettlebells, and nutrition demonstrate her holistic approach to well-being. Her teaching philosophy centers on making yoga accessible and enjoyable for all, emphasizing mindful connection to breath and body over perfect poses, fostering a joyful and present experience for every student.
Linda Zhong -
Linda is a certified breath coach, meditation practitioner and multi-instrument sound healer. Drawing from her 20+ years of experience in music performing & arranging, Linda believes that sound, frequency and vibration are powerful tools for healing, and constantly upgrades herself through various healing modalities.Linda spent more than a decade in the fast-paced advertising and tech industry, and cared deeply about her team members’ emotional wellbeing while in leadership roles. As a healer, she is now dedicated to help busy professionals break free from the chains of stress, improve their quality of life and find inner peace.
