Meet Our Team

Madeleine Bandera, Founder, Sound & Energy Healer, Meditation and Yoga Teacher

Madeleine has been a meditation practitioner for the past 5 years, gained training on Energy and Sound Healing, and is currently undergoing higher level certifications on Yoga and Sound therapy with internationally recognised institutions.

Prior to establishing Concentric Circles of Healing, Madeleine spent 2 decades in various strategy leadership roles across top tech companies including Google Cloud, Amazon Web Service, and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.

Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth, and high intensity industries has led Madeleine to discover ancient and modern practices to manage her own personal well-being. This included coming full circle on gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation of yoga practices, mindfulness and meditation, and the power of Sound as a healing modality.

Through Concentric, Madeleine hopes to share these healing modalities with more people, and empower all seekers of wellbeing and self improvement to live life awake - more purposeful, graceful, and compassionate.

We all have one shot at this lifetime - let’s make it a good one!

Practitioners

Linda Zhong, Sound Healer, Meditation, & Breath Coach

Linda is a certified breath coach, meditation practitioner and multi-instrument sound healer. Drawing from her 20+ years of experience in music performing & arranging, Linda believes that sound, frequency and vibration are powerful tools for healing, and constantly upgrades herself through various healing modalities.

Linda spent more than a decade in the fast-paced advertising and tech industry, and cared deeply about her team members’ emotional wellbeing while in leadership roles. As a healer, she is now dedicated to help busy professionals break free from the chains of stress, improve their quality of life and find inner peace.

Dawn’s journey into the world of yoga began in 2010 after a back injury led her to discover Bikram Yoga. To her surprise, yoga not only managed her injury but also enhanced her performance in other sports. Since then, her practice has been a regular and evolving part of her life. Originally a hot vinyasa enthusiast, Dawn has grown to appreciate softer styles, meditation, and sound healing over the years, embracing the diverse facets of yoga.

Dawn is certified in a variety of disciplines that reflect her dynamic approach to fitness and well-being. Her qualifications include a 200-hour Fitness First Flow Yoga certification covering Gentle, Dynamic, Core, and Hot Flow; a Fitness First Weekend Immersion in H2O Flow & HIIT Flow, which combines yoga and high-intensity interval training on a float/SUP board; and a 200-hour Pure Yoga Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga certification with Hee Boon. She also holds a 50-hour Pure Yoga Yin CET, Levels 1 and 2 in Sound Healing from The Singing Bowl Gallery, Levels 1 and 2 Kettlebell Strength from Metamorphosis, and a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coaching Certification.

Dawn believes that yoga is for everyone—regardless of age, size, or ability. She enjoys creating creative and fun sequences, focusing on the joy of being alive and connected with one’s breath and body during practice, rather than striving for perfection in poses.

Dawn Tan, Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer

Yingjie (YJ) Yeo, Yoga Teacher

Yingjie was initiated into yoga through a physical practice—as many others are—during a particularly trying period of her life. Through the inherently introspective practice, she found solace, purpose, and growth.

A brief initiation into the spiritual & philosophical elements of yoga during a short 2-hour workshop quickly expanded into an ineffable interest in spiritual & wellness modalities across various cultures, time periods, & schools of thought. She sees many parallels between esoteric, new age, & therapeutic practices which she firmly believes can and should be fused to create contemporary practices that can support practitioners holistically—in mind, body, & spirit.

Currently, Yingjie facilitates Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra practices but is in the midst of expanding her repertoire to include Somatic and Reformer Pilates practices.

Sarah Peh, Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Intuitive Reader

Sarah envisions a world in which our collective wellbeing is elevated through cultivating self-connection and deepening our individual healing practices.

The physical practice of yoga found her at the age of 17; where she leaned into it to manage stress, anxiety and chronic back pain from scoliosis. Over the past decade, she’s been drawn to the psychology of somatics and sound healing through her personal journey of healing from chronic depression and anxiety. Sarah’s practice evolved to be an embodied one, pushing her to explore and offer more holistic styles of yoga and movement.

Facilitating group classes, meditation practices and corporate mindfulness for 7 years and counting now, Sarah considers herself a lifelong student of yoga. She is currently serving her community through continued studies in Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, pelvic floor health, and meditation through a trauma-aware lens; and offers intuitive reading sessions.

Sarah aspires to empower every practitioner to engage in introspective endeavours—learn and cultivate tools through inner work—which can then be shared forward.
