Meet Our Team
Madeleine Bandera, Founder, Sound & Energy Healer, Meditation and Yoga Teacher
Madeleine has been a meditation practitioner for the past 7 years, gained training on Energy and Sound Healing, Yoga, and Meditation with internationally recognised institutions.
Prior to establishing Concentric Circles of Healing, Madeleine spent 2 decades in various strategy leadership roles across top tech companies including Google Cloud, Amazon Web Service, and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.
Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth, and high intensity industries has led Madeleine to discover ancient and modern practices to manage her own personal well-being. This included coming full circle on gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation of yoga practices, mindfulness and meditation, and the power of Sound as a healing modality.
Through Concentric, Madeleine hopes to share these healing modalities with more people, and empower all seekers of wellbeing and self improvement to live life awake - more purposeful, graceful, and compassionate.
We all have one shot at this lifetime - let’s make it a good one!

Dawn’s journey into the world of yoga began in 2010 after a back injury led her to discover Bikram Yoga. To her surprise, yoga not only managed her injury but also enhanced her performance in other sports. Since then, her practice has been a regular and evolving part of her life. Originally a hot vinyasa enthusiast, Dawn has grown to appreciate softer styles, meditation, and sound healing over the years, embracing the diverse facets of yoga.
Dawn is certified in a variety of disciplines that reflect her dynamic approach to fitness and well-being. Her qualifications include a 200-hour Fitness First Flow Yoga certification covering Gentle, Dynamic, Core, and Hot Flow; a Fitness First Weekend Immersion in H2O Flow & HIIT Flow, which combines yoga and high-intensity interval training on a float/SUP board; and a 200-hour Pure Yoga Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga certification with Hee Boon. She also holds a 50-hour Pure Yoga Yin CET, Levels 1 and 2 in Sound Healing from The Singing Bowl Gallery, Levels 1 and 2 Kettlebell Strength from Metamorphosis, and a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coaching Certification.
Dawn believes that yoga is for everyone—regardless of age, size, or ability. She enjoys creating creative and fun sequences, focusing on the joy of being alive and connected with one’s breath and body during practice, rather than striving for perfection in poses.

Ann Tan, Inside Flow Yoga Teacher
Ann Tan is a lifelong mover with a deep passion for expressive, embodied living. She began her journey with ballet and Chinese dance at age nine and went on to explore hip hop, street jazz, and lyrical jazz; eventually becoming a highly respected choreographer, teacher, and mentor in Singapore’s dance scene. Over a decade, Ann helped shape and inspire the next generation of local street dance instructors and performers.
A back injury eventually brought Ann’s dance career to a pause, but it also opened the door to something new - yoga. Since completing her 200-hour teacher training in 2020, Ann has embraced the yogic path not just for strength and recovery, but for the deep healing and inner clarity it brings. In 2023, she discovered Inside Flow Yoga—a practice where music, movement, and meaning converge. For Ann, it felt like coming home.
Today, she teaches from that place of integration - where flow becomes healing, choreography becomes self-expression, and the mat becomes a mirror for one’s most authentic self. Through her teaching, Ann creates a space for connection, creativity, and emotional honesty - where students are invited to move from the inside out, and come home to themselves on the mat.
“Come as you are. Move how you feel. Let the music lead you back to you.”
Joanna's journey into holistic healing began in 2005 while recovering from spinal fusion surgery. Determined to find relief from chronic back pain, she explored yoga and Pilates a decade later, which sparked a deeper curiosity.
In 2023, she purchased her first Himalayan Singing Bowl for personal healing. This quickly grew into a passion, leading her to collect various singing and crystal bowls. Seeking to expand her healing toolkit, Joanna learned acupressure and self-massage from a Qigong master, practiced Reiki, and engaged in spiritual work with cacao ceremonies.
To refine her craft, Joanna trained with three internationally recognized sound healing schools, mastering various instruments and techniques. After a decade-long career as an optometrist, she felt called to her true purpose: guiding others toward well-being.
Today, Joanna draws on her personal experience of overcoming pain and her expertise in sound healing, yoga, acupressure, and Reiki to provide gentle, personalized healing sessions. She helps people find relaxation, balance, and inner peace.
