This package is designed for teams to enjoy a wellness activity together on quarterly basis, building team cohesiveness, strengthening team bonds in a safe space, whilst improving the team’s overall mental wellness. Sessions are customisable to include a combination of wellness activities (sound healing, meditation, or yoga).

12 sessions package are designed to be conducted on a monthly basis and can be customised to include a combination of wellness activities (sound, meditation, or yoga). Incorporating wellness activities as a regular team event greatly improves team’s cohesiveness, even strengthening team’s bonds and camaraderie in a safe space, and leads to a more mindfulness & calmness.
