Created by Yogi Bajan and Don Conreaux, the Gong Puja is a sacred ceremony in which gongs are played continuously for 7.5 hours - the equivalent of ten 45-minutes Gong Baths. It’s a very powerful experience - breaking up blockages at a cellular & energetic level, activating & increasing flow of our life-force energies.
Our session will begin with a heart-led meditation, preparing our inner energetic pathways to receive the healing frequencies of the gongs. We then transition into the sacred sound journey, allowing participants to move into deep relaxation and inner journey. The session concludes with a few minutes of silence and a gratitude meditation.
