Tension Release Exercises (TRE) is a mind-body therapy that aims to release tension held in the body by activating the body's natural shaking response, known as neurogenic tremors. TRE uses a set of exercises that gently guide the body to release deep-seated tension and stress, including physical, emotional, and mental stress, by eliciting neurogenic tremors.
