Embrace the quietude of the evening and allow yourself to truly rest. Rooted in the mindfulness and tranquil spirit of Japanese tradition, this nurturing class is thoughtfully designed to quiet your nervous system, wash away the day's demands, and beautifully prepare your body and mind for a night of undisturbed sleep.

Gentle Unwinding: Moving with the unhurried grace of nature, we begin with slow, comforting postures. These accessible movements are specifically chosen to help you softly release the physical tension and stiffness gathered throughout the day.
Mindful Breathwork (Pranayama): Nestling into a comfortable, fully supported resting position, you will be guided through gentle, rhythmic breathing. Like the calming ebb and flow of the tide, this quiet focus will ease the mind's chatter and signal to your body that it is safe to completely let go.
Profound Relaxation: Cultivating Wa (inner harmony), allow yourself to be held in a space of absolute peace. Sensei Ken Harakuma will gently lead you through masterful relaxation practices, helping your body and mind to naturally harmonise and softly drift towards a state of deep, healing rest.
Absolutely no prior yoga experience is needed. Simply wear your cosiest clothing, unroll your mat, and leave your daily worries at the door.
Secure your space for this peaceful evening, and awaken tomorrow feeling beautifully refreshed and restored.
