Location: Live online via Zoom

🌿 Who is this for?

This session is beautifully suited for all levels. It is perfect for those who would like to start a mindfulness journey from scratch, as well as those who are already building a foundation for their meditation practice.

✨ Class Structure (60 Minutes)

Each class is thoughtfully paced to ease you in and out of a calm state of awareness, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

Preparation: We begin by settling into the space with gentle breathwork, physical grounding techniques, and a brief overview of the day's theme to help your mind transition from the outside world.

Guided Meditation: Maddy will gently lead you through the core practice. Using a blend of visualizations, body scans, and mindful breathing, she will help anchor your awareness in the present moment.

Integration Circle: We close by slowly returning our awareness. The session ends with a safe, pressure-free virtual integration circle where you are invited to journal your insights, share your experience in the chat or on camera, or simply sit and absorb the collective energy before stepping back into your day.

What to Prepare for Your Virtual Session

Since we will be gathering online, taking a few moments to set up your space will greatly enhance your experience:

A Quiet Sanctuary: Find a quiet, distraction-free room where you won't be interrupted for the hour.

Your Comfort Nest: Set up a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Have your own cushions, a yoga mat, and cozy blankets ready.

Tech Setup: A device with a stable internet connection and the Zoom app installed.

Headphones: Highly recommended for a more immersive and focused audio experience.

Journal and Pen: Keep these nearby to capture any thoughts or feelings during the integration circle.
