What is Kundalini?
Kundalini is the Sanskrit term for your life force energy—consciousness manifested as energy. It is the very force that animates your physical body. It is not something separate from you to be obtained; it is your pure essence.
The Path of Surrender
Today, we step away from the path of will (such as active yoga, rigorous breathwork, or structured techniques) and step into the path of surrender. You are already whole. There is nothing you need to do. Together, we are simply practicing being with what already is.

Sound healing is an integral part of this journey, acting as the bridge between your physical body and your subtle energy field. The profound, rich frequencies of the instruments—especially the gongs—work on a deeply physiological and energetic level:
Nervous System Reset: The complex overtones of the gong quickly shift your brainwaves from the waking state (Beta) into deep states of meditation and relaxation (Alpha and Theta). Holding certifications in Kundalini Facilitation, Spinal Flow, Inner Dance, Reiki I & II, adults and children's yoga, and Forest School, she acts as a tuning fork — a clear channel for universal energy, so your body can remember its wholeness, its truth, and the divinity it has always carried.
Universal energy holds no judgement and knows no limits. It moves through the body with an intelligence far greater than the mind, meeting each person exactly where they are — gently dissolving what no longer serves, transcending old wounds and trauma, and restoring alignment in its own perfect, divine timing. Madeleine has been a meditation practitioner for the past 7 years, gained training on Energy and Sound Healing, Yoga, and Meditation with internationally recognised institutions.
Prior to establishing Concentric Circles of Healing, Madeleine spent 2 decades in various strategy leadership roles across top tech companies including Google Cloud, Amazon Web Service, and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.
Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth, and high intensity industries has led Madeleine to discover ancient and modern practices to manage her own personal well-being. This included coming full circle on gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation of yoga practices, mindfulness and meditation, and the power of Sound as a healing modality.
Through Concentric, Madeleine hopes to share these healing modalities with more people, and empower all seekers of wellbeing and self improvement to live life awake - more purposeful, graceful, and compassionate.

Rest & Receive: You will be lying down with your eyes closed throughout the entire experience.
The Flow: After an opening meditation, there will be no more speaking—only the healing frequencies of the music and the gongs. Please keep your eyes closed until we gently guide you back out.

What if I feel nothing?
Everyone has different levels of physical sensitivity. Some people never feel intense sensations during the session, yet experience profound shifts in their everyday lives. The intensity of the in-room experience does not reflect the depth of your transformation. Approach this like a meditation—with an open heart and zero expectations.
Is This Safe?
Yes. This is a very gentle and entirely safe way to work with Kundalini. We do not put foreign energy into you; we simply use sound and transmission to help you feel and activate your own life force in a new way. Your system is infinitely wise and will only do exactly what is right for it.
