A mat-based Pilates class built for those new to the method. Each session focuses on breath, spinal alignment, and activating the deep core muscles that support posture and everyday movement. Expect clear, step-by-step instruction with modifications offered throughout. This is a class about building body awareness from the ground up, methodical, grounding, and genuinely useful for any other movement practice you do. Sessions close with a short guided breathing sequence with singing bowls.
