Modern life asks us to constantly produce, perform, and hold ourselves together. For Mental Health Month, we invite you into a quieter state of existence—a dedicated room to slow down, drop the weight, and simply exist. This is not a place to analyse or work on yourself. It is a soft space designed for pure rest, acoustic immersion, and gentle care.
Across five weeks, we move through the natural elements—Earth, Air, Water, Fire, and Ether—as physical and emotional touchpoints for ease. Each session pairs an immersive, frequency-based sound journey with an unhurried Shared Circle, where we gather over nourishing food and warm drinks to sit, listen, and share without performance.
Join us for a single evening or move with us through the entire five-part sequence. Come as a whole human being—unfiltered, unhurried, and without the need to hold it all together.
Weekend 3: WATER – The Grace of Surrender
17 October, 6 - 8 pm, max 12 people, Facilitator: Maddy & Sophia (tbc)
It takes tremendous effort to constantly stay strong. This gathering is a quiet, non-judgemental container where you do not need to present a brave face. Surrounded by undulating, wave-like acoustic vibrations, we allow rigid tension to soften, giving emotional fatigue a way to gently release and wash through.
The Elemental Connection: Water represents physical fluidity and emotional flow. It holds our tears, grief, and quiet tiredness with deep compassion, teaching us the grace of surrendering to life's shifts rather than exhausting ourselves against them.
The Shared Circle: Over a soothing botanical infusion and a shared meal, we sit together to speak softly around a tender reflection: What soft truths emerge when you allow your heart to flow without resistance, just as water finds its own way?
